Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Panvel
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Hospital Administrator


Job Purpose:


To manage and support all human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations in alignment with hospital goals and healthcare industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding


  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for medical, paramedical, and non-medical staff.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.


2. HR Operations


  • Maintain and update employee records (physical & digital).
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS entries.
  • Assist in payroll coordination by providing attendance and leave reports.
  • Issue warning letters, memos, and other disciplinary documents as required.


3. Employee Engagement & Welfare


  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and health camps.
  • Handle employee grievances and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate employee feedback surveys and exit interviews.


4. Compliance & Documentation


  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital accreditation (e.g., NABH) requirements, and statutory obligations like PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure employee adherence.
  • Coordinate with auditors or inspectors during HR audits.


5. Performance & Training


  • Support performance appraisal process coordination.
  • Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Maintain training calendars and employee skill development logs.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1�4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.


Skills Required:


  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and hospital HR processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.


Working Conditions:


  • 6-day work week
  • Flexible to handle emergencies or urgent recruitment needs
  • Based on-site at the hospital premises


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
