We’re now looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our people and culture as we scale.- Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, project, admin, and support roles
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with department heads
- Post job openings on relevant portals and maintain applicant databases
HR Operations & Administration
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and handle onboarding formalities
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Handle attendance, leaves, and daily HR reporting
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities (birthdays, team events, feedback drives)
- Maintain a positive work environment and support team morale
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure documentation and compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Support in updating HR policies and SOPs
- Handle basic grievance and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/BA/B.Com); MBA in HR preferred
- 1�3 years of experience in HR/recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with HRMS, Excel, and basic payroll/statutory knowledge
- Prior experience in a design, architecture, or creative firm is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
