Job Title: HR Executive – Hospital


Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Hospital Operation Head
Location: Rama Hospital, Baghpat, UP
Work Type: Full-time (On-site)


Job Purpose:


To support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance—ensuring a smooth and professional working environment in the hospital.


Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding:


  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
  • Prepare employee files, collect documents, and maintain induction schedules.


2. Attendance & Leave Management:


  • Monitor biometric attendance, leaves, and absentees.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance records in HRMS or Excel.
  • Coordinate with departments to manage shift duties, weekly offs, and holiday rosters.


3. Payroll Coordination:


  • Share monthly attendance and leave data with accounts/payroll team.
  • Coordinate for salary inputs like new joinees, resignations, LOP, overtime, etc.
  • Handle salary queries and clarifications from employees.


4. Employee Engagement & Communication:


  • Support HR initiatives such as employee welfare activities, birthday celebrations, grievance handling, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.


5. Documentation & Record Maintenance:


  • Maintain personal files, offer letters, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Update employee master data and track probation, confirmation, and appraisal dates.
  • Ensure documentation required for NABH and other audits is in place.


6. Statutory Compliance Support:


  • Assist in ESI, PF, Gratuity, and labor law compliance documentation.
  • Maintain registers and records required under statutory acts.


7. Exit Formalities:


  • Handle resignation intimation, clearance form, exit interviews, and final settlement coordination.
  • Update employee exit status in records and deactivate access.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / MBA in HR / Diploma in HR
  • Experience:
  • 3�5 years experience in HR, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry


Key Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HRMS / HR software / Excel
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and hospital staffing norms
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a dynamic hospital environment
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
