We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern to join our HR Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes and day-to-day operations. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in Human Resources.- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help in preparing HR documents (Appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and compliance
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Maintain trackers for attendance, leaves, and other HR reports
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operations tasks
- Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree/diploma in HR or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Available to work full-time for 3 months
- Practical exposure to core HR operations
