Job Description – HR Manager


Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat


Key Responsibility: -


1.Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.


2.Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.


3.Managing the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.


4.Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.


5.Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation, and potentially utilizing HRIS systems for efficient data management.


6. Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.


Requirements & Skills:-


1.Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role (minimum 3+ years preferred).


2.Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.


3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


4.Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.


5.Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field


Salary - 40000.00 - 60000.00


Required Experience - 4 years -6 years


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹14,727.26 - ₹55,599.71 per month
