The HR department is mainly responsible for organizing and managing the hire to retire process of an employee in the organization. The roles and responsibility of an HR are given below.
· Recruitment strategic planning with management.
· Approval and finalization of JDs, Tie up with agencies, finalization of terms and condition of recruitment.
· Screening of shortlisted resume.
· HR Interview, filtration, Second round of interview with Management or rejection.
· Salary Negotiations, Selection & On boarding,
· Induction, Orientation & Welcome of new staff members in the organization.
· Policy Preparation / Amendments, timely circular and HR notifications and approval of management.
· Policy Implementation and its monitoring & governance.
· Implementing organization internal cross audits, checking format preparation / amendment in SOPs or in its processes
· Cross Checking Implementation/ Process Monitoring / Feedback to Management
· WOMM / MOM / QOMM /DOMM, Presentation preparation and delivery.
· Staff conflict Resolutions, Relations Building, Counseling
· Finalization and verification of attendance, late coming, leaves and salary calculation and its first point approval and putting it on table of Management for final approval.
· Salary disbursement, compliances, resolution.
· Loan Cases, Loan Compliances.
· Staff PF & ESIC related Statutory Compliances monitoring and feedback.
· PF & ESIC enrollment confirmation after three months of completion of probation.
· Monthly Training & Development for Employees.
· Weekly Internal CDP Sessions, preparation of topics, presentations, and feedback, training need identification, and conducting need-based trainings.
· Weekly English Communication Classes, assessment and progress track records.
· Staff Welfare, Birthday, Religious event, coordination, arrangement, management & Celebrations.
· Exit interview process, documentation and employee exit.
· Department staff Performance Appraisal Management in consultation with HODs and Management.
· Evaluating new staff track and performances, causal meeting and resolving their problems and making family with the system and its processes.
· Supporting management in new projects expansion, resource planning, documentation etc.
· Oversee or monitoring of related projects
· Supporting management in decision making based on reports and presentation.
· Employee discipline management, code of conduct etc.
· Cost Saving, Time Utilization, team building, team performance.
· Project documentation, Secondary research study and reports on government projects, schemes, educational projects.
· Process automation & optimization, Proposals, Research & development.
· Software demos, negotiation and finalization.
· Continual Organization Development in consultation with Management.
· Graduate / Post Graduate. (MBA HR)
· Experience 5 to 8 years
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
