Must be based within 1 hour travel distance from Sector 62, Noida
We’re looking for a sharp and reliable intern to assist the Founder in day-to-day coordination, HR operations, and recruitment support. This is a hands-on opportunity to understand the inner workings of a startup, work closely with decision-makers, and build core business and people skills.
This role is remote-first, with weekly in-person syncs in Noida (typically at cafes like Haldiram in Sector 62). The company has recently moved out of a co-working space, with plans to set up a dedicated office once the team and revenue grow.
You’ll assist in sourcing talent, managing coordination between clients and candidates, tracking tasks, and helping ensure smooth execution of internal processes.
· Support sourcing, screening, and coordination for recruitment mandates
· Assist in scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
· Help maintain databases, trackers, and project sheets
· Coordinate between clients, vendors, freelancers, and jobseekers
· Draft basic job descriptions, email templates, and messages
· Support internal documentation, SOP updates, and reporting
· Help manage the Founder’s calendar, reminders, and task lists
· Assist with travel bookings, research, and ad hoc admin tasks
· Shadow meetings and take structured notes where required
· Work closely with the Founder to ensure timely execution of daily tasks
· A graduate/postgraduate in HR, Business, or similar fields (not enrolled in full-time college programs)
· Residing within 1-hour travel distance from Sector 62, Noida (for weekly meetups)
· Interested in recruitment, HR operations, and startup coordination
· Proactive, well-organized, and dependable
· Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp Web, and LinkedIn
· Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment and contribute meaningfully
· Fluent in English & Hindi communication (verbal & written)
· Mentorship from the Founder and exposure to core HR & startup operations
· Experience working on real hiring projects for internal and client roles
· Certificate + Letter of Recommendation on successful completion
· Possibility of a PPO (Pre-placement Offer)
