- Proven experience in Client Handling and Staff Augmentation
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, AI Tools, and other platforms to generate leads/projects
- Sourcing Clients from different sources especially linked , AI tools and Sales navigator
- Making of CV , referring profile , making available bench resources on different technology, scheduling interview with the company , helping in making contracts with Company or Project managers
- Making tie-up with new leads, sending connection , proposal to the recruiters by targeting location
- Having laptop will be advantage and preferable
- Target oriented
