- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Support employee engagement and communication activities
- Help in organizing training & development sessions
- Learn and work with HR tools and systems
- MS Office Suite / Google Workspace � Proficiency in Excel (data entry, filtering, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR Tools/Software � Exposure to or eagerness to learn HRIS systems like Keka, Zoho People, Freshteam, or similar.
- Recruitment Platforms � Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Data Handling & Reporting � Maintaining records, generating reports, and organizing employee information.
- Email & Calendar Tools � Gmail/Outlook and scheduling tools for interview coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
