We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a contract-based entry-level role, ideal for freshers who are passionate about technology, sales, and building client relationships. You’ll play a key role in identifying leads, initiating conversations, and generating opportunities for our IT solutions and services.- Identify and connect with potential leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other online platforms
- Make cold calls to prospects across industries and geographies
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales or business development team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in CRM tools
- Support the sales team in outreach campaigns and follow-ups
- Stay updated with company services, industry trends, and competitors
- Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach targets
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
- Exposure to the IT industry or digital services sales
- Fixed CTC of ₹3 Lakhs per annum
- Hands-on training and mentorship
