What we expect

Managing all aspects of volume projects, working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk

Interface with different internal and external agency for interface activity for site readiness and completions.

Sound technical knowledge in the field of lift and escalator

Experience in managing multiple sites concurrently

Meeting all Safety & Quality criteria and target for zero fatality. Conduct timely Safety & Quality audits/checks.

Excellent project management skills.

Handling NCR in structured process for identifying, documenting, analyzing, and resolving deviations from quality standards or project specifications.

A highly effective, confident communicator, who can be assertive when required and who also understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service.

High proficiency in computer applications. IT literate and able to thrive in a large complex demanding organization.

Change order generations and completions

Who we are looking for

Diploma /B.Tech. (Electrical /Mechanical).

Experience 10 to 15 years

Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry out of which 5 years in Metro Project
