Salary - Rs.15,000.00 - Rs.20,000.00 per month
Responsibilities -
1. Extensive Knowledge in Planning Residential and Commercial Spaces.
2. Understanding Client Requirements.
3. Communicating with Contractors, Vendors and Suppliers.
4. Preparing Bill of Quantities.
5. Site Execution Skills.
6. Coordinating with the Team for Respective Projects.
7. Incorporating feedback by Senior Architect & Clients.
8. Understanding of Construction Processes & Materials.
Other Requirements -
1. Proficient in Softwares like AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3D Max, etc.
2. Bachelor / Diploma in Interior Design.
Key Points -
1. Only for Candidates staying in Mumbai.
2. Candidate should follow professional conduct & discipline with respect to scheduled calls or interviews.
3. Candidate should have experience in handling & executing sites from scratch.
