We are seeking a skilled and innovative Interior Designer/Finishing Designer with a strong background in
product design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interior design, a keen eye for detail, and experience in creating final drawings for custom furniture and furnishings. This role focuses on developing and refining product designs and ensuring that the final output meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.- Product Design: Conceptualize and create detailed designs for furniture, fixtures, and furnishings tailored to specific project requirements.
- Final Drawings: Prepare precise technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and textures that align with the design vision and project needs.
- Space Planning: Apply design principles to optimize spatial arrangements and ensure functional layouts.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in interior design and product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, finishing design, or product design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of furniture design, materials, and production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to create visually compelling and technically accurate designs.
- Strong understanding of color theory, textures, and finishes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and material limitations.
