Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer with strong sales acumen to join our team. This hybrid role involves not just creating stunning design proposals but also converting high-value leads into booked projects.

You’ll be the face of ARCHIVILLE for potential clients — leading consultations, understanding visions, presenting concepts, and driving sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design briefing calls with prospective clients and understand their aspirations, lifestyle, and budget

Convert client requirements into well-thought design concepts with mood boards and functional layouts

Present design concepts to clients and support the sales team in closing the project

Collaborate with in-house designers to create pitch decks and 3D previews

Conduct site visits (if needed) for accurate understanding of client needs

Maintain continuous follow-ups with leads using a structured process

Ensure smooth handover from sales to design execution team

Maintain high client satisfaction, trust, and rapport through professional and energetic interactions

Strategically upsell value-added interior services and premium options

Track pipeline, lead movement, and closures in coordination with the sales team

Key Requirements

2–4 years of experience in interior design + client-facing roles

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Passion for design, space planning, and premium interior aesthetics

Strong SketchUp, AutoCAD, and presentation skills

High energy, target-driven, and confident in engaging with HNI clients

Ability to handle objections and align clients on design decisions

Strong time management and self-initiative
