Location: Millennium Place, Golf City, Lucknow (Near Lulu Mall)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Key Responsibilities (For Experienced Recruiters)

• End-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT roles
  
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  
• Coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipeline, and ensuring quick closures
  
• Understanding client requirements and delivering quality profiles with TAT
  
• Maintaining candidate and client communication throughout the hiring process
  

Key Responsibilities (For Freshers)

• Learn the entire recruitment lifecycle with hands-on training
  
• Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and screening
  
• Build candidate databases and support in interview coordination
  
• Get trained on ATS tools, job portals, and market research
  
• Grow into a full-cycle recruiter within 6 months!
  

Who Can Apply?

• Experienced IT Recruiters (Female only) with 2�4 years of experience in Domestic hiring
  
• Freshers (Female only) � recent graduates with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
  
• Must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate
  
• Must be comfortable with Work From Office (No remote/hybrid)
