Java Architect with Azure

A Senior Architect role in Pune specializing in Azure and Java Spring Boot typically encompasses the following responsibilities and requirements:

• Architectural Design & Leadership:Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Define architectural principles, patterns, and standards.
  
• Cloud-Native Development:Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory).
  
• Microservices & API Development:Develop and maintain robust microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
  
• Technical Guidance & Mentorship:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring code quality, adherence to standards, and effective problem-solving.
  
• Performance Optimization & Scalability:Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance throughput, responsiveness, and scalability.
  
• Security & Compliance:Implement robust security measures, ensure secure coding practices, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
• DevOps & CI/CD:Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated testing, building, and deployment.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive Experience:Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
  
• Java & Spring Boot Expertise:Deep understanding of core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  
• Azure Cloud Proficiency:Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture patterns.
  
• Architectural Principles:Expertise in software design patterns, architectural styles (e.g., microservices, cloud-native), and best practices.
  
• Database Knowledge:Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  
• DevOps & Containerization:Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
