Store Manager – Lab-Grown Diamond Showroom

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lab-grown diamond showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in luxury or jewelry retail, and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring an excellent in-store experience, and upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· 1. Sales & Customer Service

· Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets

· Provide personalized service to high-end customers and walk-ins

· Educate customers on lab-grown diamonds – benefits, quality, sustainability

· Handle customer complaints or queries professionally

· 2. Store Operations

· Ensure store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

· Oversee inventory management and stock rotation

· Maintain display standards and ensure timely product availability

· Monitor security and prevent stock losses

· 3. Team Management

· Supervise and motivate sales staff and support staff

· Train team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service

· Set daily goals and conduct regular performance evaluations

· Prepare duty rosters and manage team schedules

· 4. Reporting & Coordination

· Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

· Coordinate with head office for promotions, campaigns, and inventory

· Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies

· 5. Branding & Promotions

· Support in-store events and promotional activities

· Maintain brand integrity and customer experience across touchpoints

Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail Management preferred)

· 4+ years experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail; lab-grown diamond experience a plus

· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications

· Polished grooming and excellent interpersonal skills

· Fluency in English and local language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,852.72 - ₹40,049.35 per month
