Salary: 3LPA - 3.5 LPA Per Annual
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate
BHMS-qualified Junior Doctors who can communicate effectively in Telugu, Hindi, and English. The ideal candidate will assist in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients, while supporting senior physicians and ensuring quality patient care.- Assist senior doctors in patient consultations and treatment planning.
- Conduct initial patient assessments, case taking, and follow-up evaluations.
- Prescribe appropriate homeopathic remedies based on diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and case histories.
- Provide counselling and empathetic support to patients and their families.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and clear communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Monitor and report patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Coordinate with other departments (pharmacy, lab, administration) for patient care.
- Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and audits.
- Adhere to clinic/hospital protocols and maintain ethical medical practice.
- BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university.
- Valid registration/license to practice.
- Freshers or 0�2 years of experience can apply.
- Telugu � Able to speak, read, and write.
- Hindi � Able to speak and understand.
- English � Able to communicate professionally (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of homeopathic principles and medicines.
- Empathetic communication and active listening.
- Patient handling and time management.
- Teamwork and professional behavior.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and patient records.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
- Basic computer skills for EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
- Passion for patient-centric care and continuous learning.
