Junior Sales Executives to join our admissions team. This role involves guiding prospective students through our academic offerings and converting inquiries into successful admissions. Ideal for freshers looking to kick-start their career in sales, this position combines consultative selling with educational guidance in a dynamic and rewarding environment.- Engage with prospective students and parents to promote course offerings and admission benefits.
- Conduct sales-driven counseling sessions to recommend suitable academic programs.
- Follow up with leads, walk-ins, and inquiries to drive admissions and meet monthly targets.
- Clearly explain course details, schedules, fee structures, and institutional advantages.
- Maintain and update lead records, follow-up status, and admission progress in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and orientation programs.
- Provide pre-admission support and motivate students to make informed decisions.
- Bachelor�s degree in any stream
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language (Tamil preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
