- Responsible for collecting samples from patient directly and other samples form outside.
- Assist with testing and calibrating lab equipment in preparation for specific tasks.
- Following and ensuring strict safety procedures and safety checks.
- Should educate and guide all the lab techs, assistants and lab staffs.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinicians for urgent investigations and special requirements.
- Maintain adequate stock of reagents, consumables, and other lab materials.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly lab performance reports to the management.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and biomedical waste management.
- Ensure visiting the branches allotted weekly base.
Education: DMLT or BMLT
Experience:
