Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Business Development
  • Source LAP leads through field visits, networking, digital platforms, and real estate contacts.
  • Build a strong database of potential LAP customers (self-employed and salaried).
  • Promote LAP products of partnered banks/NBFCs.
  • Customer Interaction & Profiling
  • Understand clients� loan needs and eligibility.
  • Educate clients about loan features, documentation, processing time, and charges.
  • Gather all necessary KYC, income, and property documents.
  • Documentation & Application Submission
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely file login with partnered banks/NBFCs.
  • Coordinate with the bank's credit, legal, and technical teams for processing.
  • Follow up regularly on the status of the loan application until disbursement.
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers for referrals.
  • Coordinate with bank/NBFC channel managers for product updates and query resolution.
  • Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure zero-defect file login by adhering to partner bank/NBFC documentation checklists.
  • Maintain full compliance with regulatory norms and partner guidelines.
