We're looking for a passionate, detail-driven Sample Designer & Sample Maker to bring innovation and excellence to our premium leather goods. If you're skilled in crafting high-quality samples and designing with flair, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop sample pieces for belts, wallets, bags, and leather accessories
- Translate conceptual ideas into functional, market-ready samples
- Collaborate with branding and product teams to align samples with our premium aesthetic
- Select appropriate leather types, fittings, and design elements to reflect quality and craftsmanship
- Create production-ready specifications and refine designs based on feedback
- Maintain precision, consistency, and attention to detail in every prototype
You’re the Right Fit If You:
- Have proven experience in leather sample making (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Possess strong knowledge of leather types, textures, and treatments
- Can work independently with creativity and problem-solving mindset
- Pay keen attention to finishing, stitching, and detailing
- Understand quality control and durability standards for premium goods
