Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–2 years
- Manage order processing from multiple platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and Shiprocket.
- Handle logistics operations including dispatch, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues such as RTO (Return to Origin), order weight discrepancies, and shipment delays.
- Coordinate with courier partners and escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and related documentation.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Supply Chain / Logistics).
- Experience: 1�2 years in e-commerce logistics or related field.
- Proficiency in handling Amazon, Shopify, and Shiprocket portals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations effectively.
- Good knowledge of logistics operations and return management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge for reporting and tracking.
