Key Responsibilities:


End-to-End Logistics Management of critical medical cargo shipments across India.


Ensure timely cargo clearance from customs, airports, and seaports adhering to all government and healthcare regulations.


Coordinate with hospitals, airline/airport authorities, courier partners, and internal stakeholders.


Plan and execute transportation using the fastest and safest mode (air, road, rail) for time-sensitive shipments.


Monitor cold chain and packaging compliance for biological materials ( tissues, blood samples, etc.).


Maintain accurate records of shipping documentation, clearance papers, permits, and other regulatory files.


Ensure compliance with DGCA, MoHFW, CDSCO, ICMR and other statutory bodies related to medical cargo.


Lead emergency logistics coordination during procedures including green corridor coordination where applicable.


Track shipments in real-time, provide updates, and handle escalations or emergencies effectively.


Optimize cost, efficiency, and TAT (Turnaround Time) for national-level logistics operations.


Train and develop a logistics support team to handle time-bound and high-risk healthcare shipments.

Key Requirements:


5–10 years of experience in healthcare logistics or cargo clearance, preferably involving biological material shipments.


Strong knowledge of airport cargo logistic, cold chain logistics, IATA regulations, etc.


Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure and handle critical cases.


Prior experience in green corridor coordination is an added advantage.


Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays if required


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
