Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skill)
We are looking for a
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering holder with hands-on experience or strong theoretical knowledge in mechanical processes and production support. The ideal candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical systems and processes.- Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure machine efficiency and product quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to equipment, maintenance, and production
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Support senior engineers and project leads in daily operations
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- 2 years+ of experience in a relevant field
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools, machines, and CAD software (like AutoCAD/SolidWorks) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a technical team
