We are hiring a
skilled and reliable MEP Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance work at our Hostels and Campus. The technician should be capable of independently managing minor mechanical, electrical, or plumbing tasks and coordinating with external teams for larger projects as needed.- Perform regular maintenance and repair work across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to facility issues promptly and ensure proper functioning of utilities
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for major repairs or campus infrastructure projects
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records
- Follow safety protocols and campus maintenance standards
- Proven experience as an MEP technician (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing specialization)
- Technical certification or vocational training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to stay on campus (optional; accommodation and food provided if required)

Pay: ₹10,855.27 - ₹17,000.00 per month
