We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across India, focusing on sales hiring. You'll source top talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with department heads.
- Full recruitment life cycle management
- Sourcing & screening candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Proven sourcing and screening expertise
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- FMCG or Organic/Natural products industry experience is a plus
