- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Deliver direct patient care including monitoring vitals and administering medication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team at Yash Hospital.
- Ensure adherence to nursing protocols and safety measures.
- Educate patients and families about care and post-discharge instructions.
- Support healthcare teams in patient rounds at Yash Hospital.
- GNM, ANM Nursing with valid nursing registration.
- 1�4 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Sound knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to patient care excellence at Yash Hospital.
- Familiarity with basic medical software and documentation.
- GNM/ANM Certification from a recognized institute.
- Registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council.
- BLS/ACLS certified (preferred).
- We Need Nurses who are willing to work Rotational shift (03 Shifts) & Especially Night Shifts.
- who has worked in ICU before.
- who has experience working in Reputed hospitals.
