We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Executive to support the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure adherence to company processes, and contribute to improving operational workflows.- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor and manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to operational performance, productivity, and costs.
- Communicate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, customer service) to ensure alignment.
- Identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in operational planning and forecasting.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and follow-ups as necessary.
- Support in training and onboarding of new operational staff.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
- Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1�3 years of experience in an operations role (or fresher with strong internship experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of loan (if applicable).
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
