- Supervise daily operations across all company-owned or franchised roofing retail outlets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of sales counters, stock movements, billing, and delivery processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and service protocols.
- Lead, train, and support store managers, sales staff, and logistics teams.
- Evaluate employee performance and implement improvement plans where needed.
- Foster a culture of discipline, customer service, and teamwork.
- Oversee stock levels across branches; ensure timely reordering and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and delivery timelines.
- Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Support sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track branch-wise sales performance and take corrective action when needed.
- Work closely with the sales department to run promotions and customer campaigns.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and quality service.
- Investigate and address customer complaints or operational bottlenecks at branches.
- Monitor and control branch operational costs (utilities, manpower, logistics, etc.)
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to branch performance, stock, customer complaints, etc.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with HR, Accounts, Logistics, and Sales departments for seamless operations.
- Act as the point of contact for franchise operations (if applicable).
