Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales, footfall, and operational data from each outlet on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities for each franchise outlet using data-driven insights.
  • Develop customized marketing plans for individual outlets based on performance data, local demographics, and seasonal trends.
  • Execute marketing strategies across online and offline platforms in coordination with the central team and the respective franchisee.
  • Track and report on the performance of each marketing campaign and its ROI at the outlet level.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Maintain strong communication and build trust with franchise owners; keep them updated on plans, performance, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align marketing goals with outlet-level operational readiness and inventory.
  • Present periodic performance and marketing impact reports to internal leadership and franchise partners.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 2�4 years of experience in marketing analytics, operations coordination, or a similar data-driven role (experience with QSR/F&B/franchise brands is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads), and campaign execution tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
