About the Program:

Invicta Learning is conducting a comprehensive

56-day training program that integrates technical programming concepts, software engineering fundamentals, database skills, communication, and behavioral development. The program is designed to prepare learners for industry readiness through a mix of power skills and hands-on coding practices. Trainers will deliver sessions mapped to a structured day-wise schedule focusing on practical application, assessments, and professional grooming.

Responsibilities of the Trainer:

• Deliver engaging, interactive sessions on both technical topics and soft skills, aligned with the pre-defined daily curriculum.
  
• Facilitate sessions on:
  
• Ice-breaking and motivation
  
• Pseudocode writing, control constructs, and arrays
  
• Software testing techniques (static & dynamic)
  
• Code review, optimization, and debugging
  
• Encourage practical, real-time coding exercises and group activities.
  
• Maintain and submit daily attendance records of participants.
  
• Provide regular feedback to the Invicta Learning coordinator.
  
• Ensure smooth progress of the training by managing time effectively.
  
• Collaborate with co-trainers (if any) for shared modules.
  

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Technical Proficiency:

• Strong foundational knowledge in programming: C, C++, Java, or Python
  
• Hands-on experience in Oracle SQL / PLSQL and database operations
  
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing practices
  
• Practical knowledge of static and dynamic testing, code review standards, and debugging tools
  
• Comfortable with Git or similar version control systems
  
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and quality assurance techniques
  

Soft Skills Expertise:

• Skilled in delivering sessions on behavioral training, professional communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving
  
• Ability to handle a classroom with interactive and activity-based learning
  

Training Experience:

• 3�5 years of experience delivering technical and behavioral training
  
• Prior experience in college-level or corporate skill-building programs
  
• Capable of managing a diverse group of learners with varying skill levels
  

Other Competencies:

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  
• Excellent time management, adaptability, and classroom handling
  
• Ability to maintain daily documentation and provide actionable feedback
