Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive

Personal Manager to assist in managing both personal tasks and business operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted right hand—capable of handling day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination, and taking initiative with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:


Personal Tasks:


  • Manage personal errands, scheduling, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel plans, accommodation, and bookings
  • Supervise and manage household staff/vendors as needed
  • Handle document renewals, bill payments, and personal accounts


Business Support:


  • Assist in day-to-day business operations across multiple ventures
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle follow-ups
  • Supervise vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
  • Liaise between departments and ensure timely task execution


Logistics & Mobility:


  • Travel locally as required (driving may be involved)
  • Handle pickups, drop-offs, and transport-related tasks


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with emails, calls, and calendar tools
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹15,290.67 - ₹20,000.00 per month
