Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures in Chemistry to students across middle, secondary, and senior secondary levels following CBSE or equivalent curricula.
Prepare and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and accommodate diverse learning styles.
Supervise laboratory experiments, teaching students proper lab protocols, record‑keeping, and safety practices.
Assess student performance through assignments, tests, exams, and practical evaluations. Provide actionable feedback and academic guidance.
Support students with competitive exam preparation (e.g. CBSE boards, NEET, JEE), science fairs, and extracurricular science activities.
Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance, progress, and behavior.
Collaborate with faculty, engaging in curriculum development, school events, and professional growth initiatives.
Foster a positive classroom culture encouraging inquiry, critical thinking, and enthusiasm for science.
