Timing: Monday to Saturday – 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM


Qualifications


  • Experience with minimum Bachelor's degree
  • MBA or PGDM
  • Engineering degree will add advantage.


Role Description


  • Preparing and Maintaining relationship with IT OEM like HP, DELL, CISCO, Hikvision, etc.
  • Maintain and build relation with National & Regional Distributor for sourcing IT products.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Prepare Technical comparison and communication with customer.
  • It is required for day-to-day formal and informal interactions, and for deal negotiation with savings and strategic advancement in mind with OEMs & Distributors.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as product category, services category delivery timeline, product etc.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers and negotiate credit terms.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Prepare data for the customer and connect with various procurement person from company for business prospective.
  • Experience and knowledge to use various platform like India Mart, GEM for business acquisition and customer relations.
  • Promote the product or services to the customer procurement department


Skills


  • Candidates should possess good written / communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
