Responsibilities:
AMD is looking for an influential application support engineer who is passionate about owning the complete customer experience. If you are someone who cares deeply about enabling customer success and thrives wearing multiple hats, then this role is for you. You will be a member of a core team of incredibly talented individuals working to support the latest hardware and software technologies driving the enablement of large scale AI clusters.
THE PERSON:The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer success, customer sentiment and possess technical skills to drive complex issues to resolution. Able to communicate effectively and work optimally with different teams across AMD.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Be the technical focal point for assigned customers covering key AMD hardware and software solutions+ Datacenter Networking, Routing & Switching incl. load balancing (ECMP), underlay/overlay technologies
+ GPU operations, Collective Communication Libraries, modern AI training contexts
+ Kubernetes, Linux Administration and Debug
