Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations of welding and cutting machines and components.
- Monitor production schedules and align resources to meet output targets.
- Ensure product quality and reliability through routine inspections and testing.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues in production with hands-on approach.
- Coordinate with design, QC, and maintenance teams to streamline operations.
- Maintain detailed production logs and submit regular performance reports.
- Optimize workflow and ensure minimal downtime on the shop floor.
- Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness in the production area.
- Train and mentor production staff on standard operating procedures.
