We are looking for an experienced
Production Supervisor to join a leading lubricant manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain health and safety compliance on the shop floor.- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day lubricant production activities
- Ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime and optimal efficiency
- Monitor product quality and implement control procedures
- Enforce EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) protocols
- Train, guide, and manage production team
- Maintain accurate records of production, QC checks, and safety incidents
- Report daily operations to Production Manager
- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3�5 years of experience in a production supervisory role (Lubricant/Petrochemical preferred)
- Proficient in production processes, EHS practices & ERP systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
