Supervise day-to-day operations on the production floor including spinning, and coordinate with other textile processes like weaving, dyeing, etc.
Ensure timely execution of production plans while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Monitor manpower allocation, machine operation, and material flow.
Maintain basic documentation and daily production reports.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments for smooth operations.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain discipline among workers.
Identify minor production issues and resolve them proactively to avoid delays.
Train and guide operators/workers for better productivity and process control.
ITI/Diploma in Textile/Mechanical or relevant field. Graduate candidates with good practical knowledge may also apply.
Basic understanding of yarn production and textile workflow.
Good team-handling and communication skills.
Should be willing to work in shifts, as required.
Familiar with basic MS Office or manual reporting methods.
1st shift: 07:00 am - 07:00 pm (Morning shift)
2nd shift: 07:00 pm - 07:00 am (Night shift)
