We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team in Juhu, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design process, managing projects end-to-end, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring timely execution and adherence to all applicable codes and regulations.
- Lead architectural projects from concept development through to construction documentation and completion.
- Translate client needs into creative and feasible design solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP and other consultant inputs.
- Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure design integrity.
- Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of construction documents, including drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
- Maintain compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Hands-on experience with redevelopment projects in Mumbai is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing diverse project types and scales.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
