Project Coordinator to join our team and help ensure seamless execution of design and development projects.- Coordinate and manage design and development projects from initiation to completion
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met
- Draft and send well-structured, professional emails to clients
- Oversee team tasks and ensure effective resource allocation
- Track timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to draft professional emails independently
- Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate and motivate team members effectively
