- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project activities.
- Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and risks.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage changes in project scope and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure that all project work complies with organizational standards and governance.
- Foster collaboration among team members and facilitate effective communication.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.
- Bachelor�s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master�s preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in [industry type, e.g., IT, Healthcare, etc.].
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
