About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills, solid QA fundamentals, and the flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones and customer-facing projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test cases for web, API, mobile, desktop, or mainframe platforms depending on project needs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  
• Write, maintain, and execute functional and regression test cases.
  
• Utilize automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency.
  
• Provide timely and detailed status reports without requiring follow-ups.
  
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective defect management and test coverage.
  
• Work with various data formats and sources such as JSON, XML, Excel, SQL databases, and email parsing.
  

• Strong communication skills to interact directly with customers and internal teams.
  
• Excellent logical reasoning and analytical abilities for developing test scenarios and resolving complex issues.
  
• Hands-on experience in manual and automated QA processes including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  
• Experience with at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete, UFT, etc.).
  
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate clients across multiple geographies and time zones.
  
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment towards status reporting and delivery timelines.
  
• Experience in mobile test automation (Android/iOS) and working with device farms.
  
• Exposure to desktop application testing.
  
• Experience in handling databases (SQL) for validation and automation.
  
• Understanding of structured data formats like JSON and XML.
  

• Domain knowledge in Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle CRM, SAP, or Workday.
