About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical QA Manual Tester to join our growing team at a cutting-edge health tech organization. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to test new features, identify bugs, and ensure that our digital solutions meet the highest standards of performance and compliance—especially critical in the healthcare domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand business and product requirements to design effective test strategies
  
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases (manual)
  
• Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
  
• Validate REST APIs and backend services using tools like Postman
  
• Raise detailed, reproducible bug reports and work with developers for resolutions
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning and releases
  
• Contribute to test documentation and internal QA process improvements
  
• Work on test reporting, metrics, and coverage
  

Skills we are looking For:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications
  
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, test lifecycle, and defect management
  
• Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools
  
• Good knowledge of test case design techniques and test coverage
  
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management systems
  
• Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Passion for quality, attention to detail, and continuous learning
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
