QA & Testing Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in NeoLoad to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and analysing performance tests to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications across environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Design and implement performance testing strategies using NeoLoad.
  
• Develop and maintain test scripts, test plans, and test data to support performance testing.
  
• Execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests across various applications and platforms.
  
• Analyse performance test results to identify performance bottlenecks and root causes.
  
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to tune systems for optimal performance.
  
• Provide detailed performance test reports with metrics, analysis, and recommendations.
  
• Participate in performance testing efforts throughout the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Mentor junior testers and help establish best practices for performance engineering.
  
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
  

• 5�8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad, including script development, test execution, and result analysis.
  
• Experience in analysing system performance across web, API, and backend services.
  
• Solid understanding of HTTP, web protocols, and system architecture.
  
• Familiarity with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Elastic) for performance monitoring and diagnostics.
  
• Proficiency in analysing server logs, system metrics, and database performance.
  
• Experience with performance testing in CI/CD environments and integration with tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  

• NeoLoad certification is a plus.
  
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, or Shell is an advantage.
  
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
