Quotation Specialist to strengthen our client coordination and operations team.As a Quotation Specialist, you will be the key link between our internal teams and international clients. You’ll handle end-to-end quotation generation, client communications, and backend operations to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate processing of inquiries and orders.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations for international and domestic clients
- Communicate with clients via email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with internal departments � Sales, Purchase, Logistics � to gather pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Maintain quotation trackers, follow-up logs, and order processing sheets
- Generate weekly and monthly reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Support daily operations by ensuring timely documentation and updates
- 3+ years of experience in quotation preparation, operations support, or client coordination
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and written communication
- Comfortable working in night shift / US time zone
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up habits
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related field
