We, at Khatabook, are looking for a Manager Recoveries to help strengthen the Collection Process.

• Manage and Monitor PAN India recovery agencies.
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive collections strategies to optimize the recovery process and reduce delinquency rates.
  
• Conduct regular projections and forecasts of recovery collections targets based on historical data, industry trends, and business objectives.
  
• Manage Law Firm in terms of Filing cases under Section 25 and 420
  
• Undertake execution of BW / NBW�s
  
• Keep track of the cases filed and the present status of resolution
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in collections strategies and technology solutions.
  
• Co-ordinate with local in-house field teams and get support in execution and recoveries
  
• Drive ROR with focus on cost of recovery
  
• Present to Head of Risk / Sr Management a monthly recovery plan, and backed by detailed data & achieve recovery targets
  
• Should be resourceful in building a strong in-house team, with a network of vendors / agencies.
  

• Proven experience in working on Recoveries Pool, preferably within the financial services industry.
  
• Strong expertise in recovery strategies, preparing projections based on funnel, execution of warrants and managing external agencies.
  
• In-depth knowledge of collection processes, industry regulations, and best practices.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  
• Strong team management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
