Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote company products and services to customers and prospects
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Follow up on leads and conduct field visits if required
- Meet or exceed sales and relationship targets
- Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
