- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or waitress in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
