We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented
Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance
- Actively engage with customers to achieve sales targets
- Manage point-of-sale processes including billing and payment handling
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock organization
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth operations
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and store operations
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Experience in [industry type � fashion, electronics, FMCG, etc.]
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
- Multilingual abilities (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
